Salon Vivace is the premier day spa in your area; and we invite you and your Bridal Party to experience a true pampering treat.
Our full-service day spa and salon offers you and the special people in your life the opportunity to unwind from life’s daily stresses. After your Salon Vivace experience, you and your party will look fabulous and feel rejuvenated.
Custom Bridal packages can be arranged to meet your every need. Whether it’s a pedicure party, a Day of Pampering complete with a cafe lunch, or individual custom packages. Salon Vivace will provide a blissful day for your group.
Special Wedding Day services, including hairstyles, up-dos and make-up applications are performed by our Vivace experts to enhance your natural beauty while easing your stress on that Big Day! These services are also available to your entire Bridal Party.
A session with our bridal consultant starts your program. It ends when the headpiece is placed on top of your head on your wedding day. Please call one of our Spa Consultants, who will be pleased to arrange a preview visit to Salon Vivace.
The 12-Week Beauty Program
We will take care of everything! Here is a sampling of what we recommend:
8-12 WEEKS PRIOR
Personal Consultations – Appointments for your entire wedding party and family.
Skin Care/ Facial Treatments – Custom designed for your skin type, with subsequent appointments every 4-6 weeks
Nails – Enhance your hands with a manicure every other week.
4-6 WEEKS PRIOR
Hair Cut and Style – Your personal hair cut and style. Please bring your headpiece to this appointment.
Hair Color and Chemical Treatments- Touch-ups, new color application, highlights and pre-conditioning treatments.
2 WEEKS PRIOR
Skin Care/Facial Treatments – Clean and pamper your skin with a relaxing facial.
Make-Up Application- Get a preview of how your make-up will look on your Wedding Day.
1 WEEK PRIOR
Last Minute Details – Touch-up your hair color. Relax with a manicure & pedicure. Pamper with a massage.
Hair Cuts for Men- Get the men in the Bridal Party looking their best.
Waxing- Remove unwanted hair from face, arms and legs.

Let us plan a relaxing event before your wedding day.

Begin your day with us. Bring your entire Wedding Party for make-up application, manicures and hair services. We are available to serve your last minute hair and beauty needs. This is your day and we know how important every detail is.

We want you to receive the full benefit of your beauty services. Here are some suggestions:
We recommend scheduling your appointments 6 weeks in advance and identifying yourself as a member of the bridal party.
Please ask each member of the bridal party to confirm or cancel their appointments 48 hours in advance.
Keep in mind that all waxing services require at least 2 to 4 weeks of hair growth depending on the area of the body.
We recommend scheduling facial and waxing services 1 week prior to the wedding to allow your skin the time it needs to recover.
For chemically treated hair, remember to avoid chlorinated water in swimming pools and hot tubs.

Booking Information
Booking Information
- Bridal trial is recommended.
- Minimum of $300 in services is required for us to travel for all on-location services.
- A $100 non-refundable deposit to hold the date. That $100 will be applied towards your services rendered.
- 20% gratuity will be automatically added to the total of bridal services including trials.
- Travel Fees: $30 per stylist minimum for on-location services. $30 for local services, $40 for 45min-1 hour, $50 if 1.5 hours and $100 if 2 hours away, $150 if 3 hours away per stylist.
- Confirmation Policy: All salon appointments will be confirmed 48 hours prior to the event date, and all on-location appointments will be confirmed 10 days prior to event date. After this time, any appointment cancellations will be charged the full service fee.
- If time allows, service might be able to be added on the day of the event, your credit card will be charged that day for the additional services or you may pay via cash or check.
- The full contract amount will be due 2 weeks before your event’s date.
